Lady T’s Homeless Ministry
One of the ways Clifton serves the community is by partnering with Lady T’s Homeless Ministry. “Lady T” also known as Teresa Hamilton has been called an “Everyday Hero” in Dekalb County. Her ministry to the homeless includes entering the places where even the police fear to tread. Lady T provides food, toiletries, sleeping mats, tents, etc. Several churches have specific tasks to aid in this ministry. Clifton has been assigned the preparation of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches one Wednesday a month. Our prep date has fluctuated.
